Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products and expect the same care in return.
Change of Mind
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards
Breakages & Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Photograph the item immediately on arrival
- Images must clearly show the damage and original packaging
- Email photos and your order number to info@number92.uk
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Claims submitted without photographic evidence or outside this timeframe may be declined.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos to assess the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Allow 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged
