Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products and expect the same care in return.
Change of Mind

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards

Breakages & Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the item immediately on arrival
  • Images must clearly show the damage and original packaging
  • Email photos and your order number to info@number92.uk
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or outside this timeframe may be declined.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos to assess the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.
Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Allow 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged
